I sended courier from delhi to mumbai via dtdc and now its suddenly showing as tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir)..idk dtdc didn't even try to contact me or call me or notify me anything about the problem .now im trying to contact dtdc but all online Numbers seem to he fake and unresponsive .this parcel has a important item my consignment no is Z27684291 . Dtdc please help me out with this

Hey i am Faiyaj siddiqi and i send a important file documemt from dtdc to send adress to chandra Dental college Barabanki 225003 From Kudra Bihar on 1st nov 2019 with the consignment number K22539703.
This has very important documents and the online tracking now says not delivered Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR)). I gave 2 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. They are very important documents and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

DTDC didn't even try to contact me or call me or notify me anything about this. now im trying to contact dtdc but all online Numbers to be unresponsive . I want to receive some courier I gave 2 alternative number so I went the website to track the order but now it was showing like office closed or door lock, they never tried to contact me or call me anything about it but now it was showing like this (office closed or door lock) please me to slove this my consignment number is H40493615

I booked a parcel of 16 kg ... booked on 04/02020 for bangalore from Delhi...and as I was told ETD would be around 8-9 days...but it is still not delivered..if we track it on ur DTDC courier tracking site...it shows CIR...but that is customers residential area...even client conformed that they didn't received any kind of call from your bangalore operations department... pleased get it deliver dtdc team... CIR should not b update without speaking to consignee...my AWB no is...D58205496... please co-operate ...this is not done with the customer i[censored] fail to deliver beyond ur ETD...thanks

The courier got strucked in the same location from 17th, we tried to go to dtdc offices in malakpet and akbarbadh. They said its not yet received to them and its at "Karmanghat" and they gave a number. That person didnt receive the call yet all.
Today i saw "out for delivery" and felt happy. But now its showing as "Incomplete address or wrong CIR"
Other orders for same address got delivered. but not sure what happend to this one.
Please contact to Ameer basha mobile number or else from number for any doubts in address.

Please can you recheck, as the delivery person is giving fake updates in the portal, and it is now showing Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). It it is not appreciated that a high priority package is wrongfully tagged with incorrect delivery address. This is a recurring problem with DTDC.

I booked a courrier claiming as urgent and booker told to opt for DTDC air services.
After paying Rs 400 for this urgent material found that DTDC is costing more than double for foolishness.
The air service from kolkatta to bhopal. booked on 21st june hasent been delivered till today 27th June 2022. Docket number is K39210019. On saturday 25th whole day tried DTDC but no response.Comparitively I find India post and small courriers better than DTDC . They charge 120 only for such packet. and lead time is 6 days. Where as paying 400 has taken same 6 to 7 days but undelivered.

My shipment with consignment number D14696446 has reached the Bankura Super franchise on 01/08/2022 but it was not delivered to me. When I called the Bankura DTDC Super Franchise staff in the number [protected], he replied that the delivery pincode is out of their service delivery and moreover the packets are too heavy for the delivery person to carry . How is it possible that DTDC is booking shipment for such a Pin code, where delivery by the local DTDC franchise is out of the service area ? Secondly, does DTDC have any minimum or maximum benchmark for consignment weight ? Need a fair justification from DTDC officials.

Ultimately the staff of Bankura DTDC, did not deliver my shipment and marked " address incomplete " in his remark. Sir, my address is complete and at the same time my phone is also working. Nobody called me up, if at all the address was incomplete. This is my company address and it is registered with my GST. Just because of the EGO of the franchise person, he deliberately made a correct address a wrong one. I have attached the conversation audio with the said Staff, so that you will understand where DTDC stands and the kind of people DTDC recruits. Did not expect this kind of a shameful service by such an esteemed organization

A parcel sent from Delhi to destination pincode 560043 Bengaluru with consignment number Z30671695. Unfortunately I didn't receive any calls from delivery team and it has already sent back to the origin. And it's showing Incomplete address, when I literally put the building name street name, landmark and even the main road name. Please resolve this issue.
