[Resolved] Ezeecloud — Room not confirmed by Hotel owner against the payment made & confirmation received by ezee cloud

I booked two rooms at Hotel Kishan Palace Bikaner (Rajasthan) through eZeecloud on dated 03/12/14 for 27/12/14 to 28/12/14 (1 day).As
per option available for room booking on hotel site I filled my contact
detail & email ID . Immediately I received a phone call from some
Mr.Raghwendra (contact number +91 [protected]) from eZeeCloud. He informed me that rooms are available & will be confirmed once I make a full payment of Rs.1549.00. I made the payment & received a confirmation mail (reference number: HKP[protected] from eZeeCloud.I discussed hotel owner Mr.Mahendra
for this booking on 04/12/14. He told me that there is no room
available & he is not responsible for any booking done through eZeeCloud.I tried to contact Mr.Raghwendra many time but the contact on which I received his call is switched off .I fell myself being cheated. I did cancellation on eZeeCloud but I looking at above mentioned experience I am not sure that I will receive my payment back.
Request for harsher actions against the defaulters.
