I have done a Hotel booking through Ezeecloud portal Samraj Hotel during 2nd Dec to 4th Dec, 14, but when I visited the hotel it was told that the hotel don't have any information about the booking, moreover there were no room ended up searching different hotel paying higher charges. I have spoke to theie customer executives, but they informed that they will refund, after that no telephone lines nor responding the mails.
