Hi team, I have recharged yesterday on vodafone network for rs349 including gst 357. As of now, i haven't received the amount. Pinged the team through chat but no response. Worst service i have ever experienced. Try to reply or mail regarding this else refund the amount. Recharge done for the number [protected]. If this is not resolved i would like to escalate it. Without recharging I can't afford the gst amount. Ezrecharge has not even contacted me through any calls .. worst service ever. I'm also sun direct dth reached today month reach amount Rs.199 but they charged extra Rs.10 total Rs.209 reached 1 month's pack amount was credited to my g-pay but the recharge not done, i'm trying to complain customer care but the phone number not available in this web site so don't use this web site plz...
