I bought Faber RO water purifier from Flipkart in August 2022 which has 1 year product warranty. It didn't even worked for 2 months properly and TDS is also very high as it didn't filtered. I then raised multiple complaints and Faber took almost month to fix that issue. And after 2 weeks, water leakage problem started, they didn't resolve and they kept RO with them for almost 2 months. And recently again, RO stopped working. After multiple calls, some technician came and said Membrane has to be changed which has 1 year life . He says that is chargable and i have to pay 3000 rupees for this repair. I am not sure if this Faulty RO will work after i spend this 3000 again. When I checked for warranty claims, they deny saying we cannot help. I am very disappointed with their service and customer treatment. Please help me to raise this issue and not entertain these Faber company to cheat or mislead other customers like me as water is very very important to our life's. Releasing such faulty machines into market is going to impose huge risk to humanity if this issue is left unattended Was this information helpful? |
