I ordered 5 sarees from this website www.fashionandyou.com(Order number#[protected]) and made online payment of rs. 5, 659.63.
On 24th dec 2017. I have not yet received my order nor they have refunded the amount.
I have tried contacting them via e-mails but i am struggling to get any response.
Attaching e-mails dropped to their support team in this regard.
Please help in getting my refund processed.

I have ordered some 6 items of clothing. To date, i haven't received two items. Instead, they sent a hoody in place two ladies dresses. There is no phone number to contact them. When i wrote to them a ticket number is issued stating that their person will call in 24 hours. That's it. They did not call.

Only means of communication is email. When i wrote to them again, they just generated a ticket number and i am waiting for...

I have booked mt order # [protected] on 13th feb 2018 but till date i have not received the product, after several followups they don't replying on mail and their customer care no's are also not working.

They send me a false docket no to track the shipment, can any one help to bring my monety back or get the product which i booked

For me fashion and you looks like a fraudulent web site because my order #[protected] placed on 16th january 2018 is not being supplied till date - the payment has been made in advance.
The web site says order has been partially fulfilled on 31st jan 2018 however so far not received single item.
There are no responses to the e-mail and no material received so far. So be careful while paying in advance to this shopping portal....

I had ordered 33 products out of which only 31 were delivered. I had returned 7 products. And one order cancelled by seller. The reverse pickup of returned order was done on 24/10/2017 for order number[protected].
