NEVER order anything from Ferns N Petals. They are CHEATERS. I had placed an order OR[protected] with Ferns N Petals on 1st December. The product was supposed to get delivered on 5th December but it has been 10 days since I had placed the order and to this day the order has not reached us. They are big time cheaters...I ordered 4 bouquets worth Rs 5000 from them but the quality of flowers that were delivered to the recipient was HORRENDOUS. The flowers were just about to perish. Those were Exotic flowers LILY but looked so bad i dint have words.
I also complained about it to the concerned team but no resolution came out of it. I need a total refund of my orders but they are not doing that too.
