Dear sir, This is in regard with my purchase order (Mobile phone) through gadgets360 shop [order confirmation id: o29deebe898c79da67]. I would like to inform you that, the quality of mobile phone sketches screen display & back side covers sketches & sound is not up to the mark, i have found many problems, specially manufacturing defects from day first. The order was also not as per commitment as mentioned on the site description. Requesting you to please refund my amount, and take this order back. I have already discussed and communicated many times over phone, but i didn't get proper response. Kindly take above mentioned action otherwise i have to take legal action like consumer from, fir etc. On manufacturer and gadgets360 as well. Kindly please replay... We apologise for the inconvenience. As we can check you have purchased unboxed mobile and we delivered the mobile as per the description. We suggested you to visit the service center to avail the warranty, hence complaint stands closed.
