i booked my bike with Gati for transportation from Nasik to Kottayam on 29th july 2010...i was given an assured delivery date 07 aug 2010..till 10th aug when i didnt get my bike i started calling up Gati office and wrote emails to them..from the track shipment option on their site i came to know that the consignment reached coimbatore on 5aug and even today when i m writing this on 12 aug 2010 the status has not changed..in between twice...

Received damaged goods

I received the damaged delivery of computer which was shipped on 28th July'10 from Bangalore to Kota by Gati Corporation. It was a personal computer containing 4 cartons one each for monitor, CPU, UPS and Speakers.

Non-Delivery of Cargo

On 7th July 2010, I dispatched a cargo containing 3 pieces from IIT Kanpur to my residence at South Delhi via GATI under their docket number[protected]. According to their terms and conditions, they promised delivery by 12th of July. They have however yet, as of today 16th July 11:30 am , not delivered anything.

The most irritating aspect of this wait time is the fact that they have the worst imaginable customer communication...

Damaged goods delivery.

Hi,

My father sent me a bed from Bhopal to Bangalore from Gati services considering it to be the best service in India.But in vain...He had booked it to be delivered to my flat on 4th floor.

But when the courier came, I shocked when the person siad he will drop it till my building gate and won't take it upstairs!!! Despite calls from Gati manager from Bhopal, Gati services in Bangalore didn't pay any...

Late delivery, loss of goods and discrepancy in bill

I recently shifted from Pune and used GATI for transporting all my belonginings from Pune to Kottayam. The shipment contained a total of 8 items however the GATI representative in Pune asked me to combine 2 items (namely 2 bean bags) and made the number of items as 7. I had booked consignment to be sent to Kolkata from our city Surendranagar wide Gati Ltd., AWB #[protected].

Promised delivery date was 02-Apr-2010 whereas actual delivery happened on 06-Apr-2010.
Further, several packages got damaged in transit which is evident from the attached POD.

Due to this, I suffered a HUGE loss as my export L/C expired and I am attributed all the business loss as well as penalty...

Non Delivery of BIKE till date

Hi,

I booked my bike to deliver from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata on 30th March and it was supposed to deliver on 1st April. Till today 5th April I did not received it and GATI gives me worst situation. No body is connecting to proper person and blaming each other, mean while I am not receiving my bike.

I am not able to find the person to whom I can escalete the issue.

lost my courier

This is to inform you that i couried a very important document on 27th of January to Darbhange, Bihar after getting the confirmation from their end(Gati). But it is almost 20 days now but that courier did not reach the destination & neither have I got my courier back. Even after sending lots of mail & keep calling to the customer care dept. no body is ready to take any responsibility. .
Pls let me know how to go about it....

Wrong Charges

We have made booking of a parcel from Delhi to Junagadh through Gati, after finalising regarding charges @ approx Rs.5300.00 we agreed and confirmed. Vide BookingRef. No. 10366769. Fraud did by Gati transport

I booked my bike at korba on 13/10/09 and Gati service provider of korba has ensured me and wrote in slip that my shipment assurred dilivery date is 21/10/09 but on internet booking date is showing on 19/10/09 and assurred dilivery date is 26/10/09.I my self came to Patna only to receive my shipment and I am leaving Patna on 24th.Please do the needful such that I can have my shipment in my hand soon and he can not do the same with anybody...

Excess Billing - Octroi

I am EXTREMELY UPSET with Gati Courier company for "misguiding" me on the charges for sending a Clock for repairs to Mumbai. The Mumbai guys have claimed Octroi charges of Rs 1800/- odd on top of Rs 700 I had paid for the shipment earlier. This clock is supposed to be returned back to me after carrying out the repairs at Mumbai Service Centre. As per Octroi rules, the charges can not be levied on goods that are sent for repairs....

out of 14 Meal coupons 4 coupons lost

We had couriered 1 packet to our Bangalore office on Friday 07.08.2009 its included 14 small envelopes containing Sodexho Coupons and employees salary slip, but when they receive courier the packet containing only 10 small envelopes and 4 envelopes are misplaced. The outside packing of parcel was broken and its stick by cello tape.

Broken maximum items and ignore by company

After that I am erase complaint the receiver Mr Suraj and Mr. R.K.Yadav under knowledge and they told me to produce all broken list and snaps than we do for you after that I am prepare Hard copy and Softcopy...
