I would like to raise a concern that I delivered my products in December which were delivered late and all broken. On following up with the company I was abused by a man with number ‪+91 98188 57879‬ and +[protected]. He abused me using all terrible cuss words (abusing with sisters and mothers cuss words and shared a photo of cheque which was never delivered....

Package delivery delayed since many days however in shipment tracking it shows it has been reached...

My safexpress waybill number is[protected].
The status is marked as undelivered. Noone tried to contact me and I've been waiting the entire day for the delivery.

I have contacted your customer support 3 times still I didn't get any resolution or proper support.

Please look into this.matter

I regret to inform you that we have received a complaint from our customer regarding the shipment sent from Gealan Private Ltd., with docket no:[protected], on 18.03.24. The shipment was delivered to Oyster Bath Concept Pvt Ltd., Ghaziabad - 201015, and was received on 24th March.

The customer has reported that the material was received in a damaged and scratched condition, we Implemented double packing for protection for overcome transit damages .Although the material arrived without proper packing and consequently incurred damage.

As a result, the customer has issued a debit note to us. Please find attached the customer's remarks on the POD copy for your reference. & Attached copies of the debit note for both freight and delivery, for your reference and further action.

My consignment is undelivered since last 45 days. I have never experienced such poor service from any courier service. Your agents are just cheating and spoiling your company reputation. I would suggest you please take necessary action action such agents which are misleading customers.

I have given my consignment 45 days ago to one of your agent in kashmir. He used to tell me that my consignment will be delivered with 6days....

I have received my Washing Machine with dents on it and it was deliveted upside down. Matress were also delivered in very bad state, the whole packaging was out during delivery also have some broken items.

We have seen more than 6 bags damaged by rats and pinholes on the bag. waybill no. is[protected] and received this material on 12.02.2024. We are regret for this kind of service with safexpress. Kindly give your concerns regarding the issue...
