I purchased RO in Feb 2021 with warranty of 1 year.
Faced problem from 1st january onwards when I called service agent he said ma'am your filters are not working and water quality is poor.
I told them to change as it's under warranty he said no ma'am we can change only once fliter chokes.. considering filters are not completely choked we can't change and we will not even cover this in our AMC..
I don't kno why would...

I had purchased havells geyser in December 2019, now it is having heating issues..kindly send some service guy to look into the matter...

I bought a Havells Air Cooler from Great Eastern on 27/04/2021. First the swing motor went bad and it was replaced. Now, in the month of October, the fan motor went bad and the cooler is not working since then. I raised a complaint[protected] with the customer support a couple of times and they keep saying that they will fix it in the next week or by weekend. It has been 3 months now and it hasn't been fixed. I call the service personnel...

We have purchases a Havells Digiplus water purifier and its been 2.5 years and its been called for repairs frequently and we have been told to change candles everytime and its done no good. We'll be replacing the water purifier. It was not a good experience...

The fan works on single speed, the lowest, when put on maximum speed the speed doesn’t increase but makes humming noise..registered complaint twice in six months..received an SMS stating that a mechanic would attend shortly..but no one turned up..found the local service center number from the seller/dealer and called..to no avail..writing this as a last resort

The geyzer in the master bedroom conked off. Placed a complaint after many attempts with the customer care. They passed on to 1 technician who passed on to another and so on... 5 of them!! Still haven't seen anyone. Absolutely ridiculous and demeaning. 4 days with a non functional bathroom... and counting...

Purchased your product on 26 August 2021, water problem within 2-3 months.
Complaint lodged on 30 December 2021, resolved by 02 January 22. But after two days same problem WATER PURIFIER NOT WORKING....

Geyser complaint...

Kindly send a service technician for low water flow and leakage of Geyser....

Havells saggital fan making noise when switched on. It is new fan....

I bought the product ACCL 30A/6A 10 days back in Arehalli Bangalore 560061
It is suppose to make sound while changing power to UPS but instead it is making sound continuously like chuk chuk !!!

I bought havells geyser yesterday with the installation reference no [protected] and has been assigned to Akshay Yadav...a installation personal name sonu come to my home..he was unprofessional and unskilled not know to work with drilling machine..he cut my electricity wire inside the wall while drilling it cause very difficulty to me as my house electricity supply cut... Plz send personal according to ur company reputation as i think...

Purchased oil based 13 fin heater on Nov 8th, delivered on Nov 11th,
The heater stopped working on Dec 27th.

Registered a complaint on 29th Dec 2021 about the issue. A technician (contact no [protected]) visited and opened the radiator motor and fixed it back by telling he doesn't have the correct motor to replace. He then asked the service case number and took picture from my mobile where he had the service code....

During use of food processor, noise is Dangerous and rust powder is appearing on the top of processor.it’s very risky to use after hearing the noise and blade of the jar is choked some time.
In last 30 days many of times we registered a complaint. Service of Croma and havells was not satisfied at all.
After service from Croma and havells problem in food processor is not resolved yet.
And the food processor is in warranty...

I have purchased a grill sandwich maker from Gera Electricals, Opp sec-5, Near BMG Mall, Rewari, Haryana on dated[protected].

Grill sandwich machine is not working properly since first day of purchase. Its heating capacity is not up to the accurate level.
I had submitted complaints before to Havells customer care through e-mail on dated 11/12/2021, 17/12/2021 and 28/12/2021. But no response has been received from Havells...

Water heater is stopped suddenly.. i have 5 years of warranty..i need service regarding...

Hi friends here I am sharing my experience with Havells Company. I did by this fan on 10 oct 2021, since after installation my family's member observed that fan getting speedup to its max speed automatically hens I am technical person so first I just denied this but after examine the fan go's to max speed in just 15 min. Then I am book a call at costumer care services on 14/10/2021 ( but unfortunately that call record wiped out by changing...

Our Havells geyser is not working since 16 days... complained to the customer care many times...but not responded yet... kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem immediately....

I bought an hair dryer back in dec 2020 from amazon India. It has stopped working abruptly. Please check into the matter and do the needful.
