1. I have booked a induction cooktop on 11 nov 18 with advance payment and the defective item was delivered on 15 nov 18.
2. Same time i have made complaint to cust care home shop 18, they told me to wait for 72 hrs for receiving call from branch.
3. After completing 72 hrs when i did not received any call, again made complaint on 18 nov 18, then further told me to wait for further 48 hrs to receive call from branch. When i asked to give the contact number of higher level officials, they refused to give any numbers.
4. I could not under stood how the defective item has been delivered and why they have not yet replaced the defective item with fresh item within 2-3 days, why they are misguiding the customers and wasting time of customers. Was this information helpful? |
