I've order a product from home shop since december 17 2018 but by chance they sent me an empty parcel and i've try to contact them for many times and they always told me to sent a snapshot of the product later on they told me to sent my id prove and the invoice so that also i've done but now every time i call them they always ask me to sent these snapshot and now it's one month so they haven't solve my problem.
