I have received the roti maker of above product on 12.12.18 evening. After opening the product, i found its handle is not fixing and moulding as per the specification shown on tv. Even there is a gap in between two plates.
I have registered complaint of the product to customer care immediately. My complaint no. Is hs[protected] against order no.[protected]. Customer care rep. Simple reply that electronic items are not replaceable and refundable shocked me. Anyhow, she has given the complaint no. And assured me that reps. From magicraft will contact me in 72-hours.
I request you to look into the matter and complaint should be attended within 24-hours. 72-hours is a long process.
