I was ordered prestige induction cooktop on 19jan 2019 and i have received product on 23 jan 2019 but product was damage i have give complaint that product was damage but your customer care add in remark in complaint was product is defective.
Thats why your courior partner not accepts the product.
I have gives so many time complaint to customer care they says
Whe are change the remark from defective to damage but still
Courior partner say that remark was defective that why we will not pickup the product Was this information helpful? |
