Updated by mahi What is the status of my complaint???? My product has been picked on 17th Nov but still the right product has not been dispatched as confirmed by Home Shop 18 executive. I have been told that testing is happening of product. What the hell is this??? If so much testing would had happened before sending the product to customer such issues would have never arise.
What low grade working ethics you have where your escalation team is only saying that we never do any commitment on delivering product. I WANT REFUND OF MY PURCHASE. I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED NOW GIVE MY MONEY BACK FRAUD COMPANY

Updated by mahi As per Home Shop 18 I have been informed in above message that product has been dispatched on 21st Nov which is wrong as it has been dispatched on 22nd Nov as per attached tracker information and still I have not received the product, Your escalation team is saying to wait till 1st Dec 2019.
I have ordered product on 30th Oct 2018 and it was PICKED UP AFTER 18 DAYS from my location on 17th November and the new product was dispatch on 22nd Nov AFTER 5 DAYS and it will reach me on 1st Dec i.e. AFTER 9 DAYS and that too not sure the date can be postponed further seeing the history. ARE YOU NOT ASHAMED OF YOUR SERVICE????
What the hell is going . Home Shop 18 as a company is so inefficient that it takes more than a month to deliver a correct product to a customer that too after regular follow up.
There is no resolution given to customer as the only motive is to snatch money from customer and then make them wait for months let customers bark like dogs we don't care.

Updated by mahi I have order product on 30th October and I hope you must be very much ashamed to know that still I have not received the complete product or still you don't care.
FOR THE SECOND TIME ALSO YOU FOOLS HAVE SEND INCOMPLETE PRODUCT WHERE AGAIN 6 SMALL PLATES ARE MISSING.
I have complained about this on 29th November but where I was assured that on priority missing product will be dispatched to me but as usual HOMESHOP18 is soo good in harassing customers that till today after 8 days I have not received the pending product and deadline of 15th Dec is thrown on my face.
I want to ask consumer forum that can a case be filed to HOMESHOP18 of harassing and torture customer for more than a month and put penalty on them so that they don't harass customer so much in future.

INSTEAD OF 6 PLATES, BOWLS HAS BEEN SEND TO ME.
I HAVE COMPLAINED WHERE THE ESCALATION TEAM IS SAYING THAT WE CANNOT GIVE ANYMORE REPLACEMENT SO THE ONLY OPTION IS COMPLETE REFUND.
I HAVE USED THE PRODUCT AS IT WAS BOUGHT FOR DIWALI PURPOSE SO REQUESTED FOR REPLACEMENT OF INCOMPLETE PRODUCT OR ITS COMPENSATION BUT ESCALATION TEAM IS RUDELY DENYING AND SAYING THAT WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING YOU NEED TO BE SATISFY WITH WHATEVER YOU HAVE.
WHAT KIND OF SOLUTION IS THIS. HOMESHOP18 HAS NOT FULFILLED WHAT I HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE TIMES SO IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE IDEALLY I SHOULD BE GIVEN CORRECT PRODUCT OR COMPENSATION AND AS ITS ALMOST ONE AND HALF MONTH SO HOW CAN ONE EXPECT THAT IT SHOULD BE UNUSED.

Updated by mahi I have again received wrong product where bowls has been sent instead of plates and now HOMESHOP18 is refusing to give any compensation or correct product in exchange.
As it is not customer fault if every time receiving wrong product, have only given option of complete product refund which is not possible as I have used the product. How can you fools expect a customer will keep product as it is for 2 months expecting that the right product will never be delivered. Can anyone reply ????
