Hype The Gym — Co.plaint regarding the refund of the gym membership as the gym has been closed for the past 2months

I Pranshu Sharma bought the gym membership on 3rd of january for 6 months the first month the gym was wirking fine, but in the secknd week of february the gym was closed for 25 days due to no commercial meter (as per our knowledge). The owner Mr. Nikesh Yadav assured that this was a one time thing and won't happen again. In the second week of march again we get to k ow the gym has been closed by the MCD but this time it has been sealed indefinitely. From that day onwards we've been trying to reach the owner and asking for refund but as usual no response.
We sincerely request to either refund our money back for the period of the months left or gice us an exact date when the money will be refunded.
