I joined The Hype Gym Dwarka Sector 23 branch in around January 2023 and I took the One year package Initially everything was fine for couple of weeks and than suddenly the Gym owner/Manager "Mr. Nikesh Yadav" closed the Gym on starting of Feb 2023 and told us that there is some legal issues with Building compliances and due to which MCD has ceased his Gym. He assured all of the customers that it will going to sort out soon and than he will reopen the Gym by giving everyone 20 days of additional subscription in our package. After 20-25 days he reopened the Gym for 4-5 days and than again it closed in somewhere 2nd week of March and since than it's permanently closed. Now when we are trying to reach out to him for our refund as almost everyone in this Gym had taken the 12 month subscription, he is not answering anybody. Initially he was giving the assurance that he will reopen it again or will open it in some nearby location to Dwarka Sec 23 but after passing his committed time period, he stopped receiving calls. Now we all members don't know what kind of action we can take against him or the main branch of "The Hype" company as we all join this because of this brand name, which in our case seems to be a fraud company. Can you please look into our query and advise us to take any further action on it.
