I have done a complain on 21/10/2017 regarding the issue to hyundai and i have received the sms & mail regarding that they have registered my complian. Surprisingly today is 20/11/2017 almost 1 month but there is no response from hyundia till date. I have exchanged my ford figo and bought hyundai xcent s 2 months back, after followed many times still i have not got my registration certificate due to which facing lots of problem. Yes there was some problem in insurance but nowadays it has been cleared, but dealer told that due to incorrectness in insurance exchange bonus claim has been rejected by hyundai india motors.

Dear sir, in spite of writing more than 50 mails on this portal i am not getting any relief. The matter has been escalated to the level of senior managment of hyundai at delhi, i. E. Mr. Somitro day and mr. Nupur (Tech. Wing) but no action has been taken and the delay tactics are used to harass the customer.
