Not explained properly function of infotainment

Address:t 47 rajarhat main road tapavan apt kolkata 700157.

I purchased nios AMT last week from your dealer showroom.
at the time of delivery i was not explained properly the car functions specially the infotainment and AMT system.
when your survey team called me i pointed put this and was assured the technician will come to my place to explain it.
till date nobody came or not even a telephone call .

Parts changed and damaged my car

I have serviced my car in G P hyundai, Naini on 22.04.2021. vehicle number GJ26A1353. They have replaced my boot shocker with old and damaged one. I went for headlight relacement but they removed my LED lighting system. My antenna got damaged. They told it requires to deposit my car for two days for complete works but they took three days and what they did in three days I dont believe. The airbag did not open during accident

My car Hyundai verna ( 2016) met an accident, the front portion of car ( bonnet, bumper. Headlight, engine block assembly ) was destroyed and subsequently repaired/changed by your body shop at Safdargunj motors ( udyog Vihar, Gurgaon).
The entire accident was major, I was saved as I wear seat belt, the steering hit my chest rib bone cage and still I have pain in chest while coughing .
I am very disappointed with technical fault...

I rushed to the dealership and complained about the issue, they clicked the required photographs, but from then on, they have not contacted me. It has been 15 days then on. Denied warranty claim

1 Tyre of car got bulged out from side when total running of car was 7000 KM, till now i have been running on Stepny and when went to Sharayu Hyundai, Navi Mumbai, i have been informed that warranty cannot be claimed for the tyre since its not a manufacturing defect. Tyre comes with a warranty of running upto 1lakh KM. I don't understand if bulging out of tyre can't be claimed under warranty then what can be?...

Service complaint - I 20

I purchased i 20 from Pune (Garve Hyundai) and after that got the vehicle serviced at Pune, Palakkad and Coimbatore. Recently I moved to Madurai. I gave my i20 for service at Pee Yes Yem Hyundai as this is nearest to me. As I was not fully satisfied with the service, when they called for rating, I expressed my views that I am not satisfied. then they told that they will come and will rectify. But they didnot come....

Corporate discount not provide

I have purchased Aura E on dated 13/04/21
When j have booked this car dealer commit me they will give me 4000 corporate discount.
But after purchasing dealer tottly denied and he said that you are not eligible for this discount.
My question is : if I not eligible for this discount why you demanded my salary slip and office id Card, and why you mentioned on booked file corporate discount.

Hyundai venue

I Have purchased Hyundai venue car in the month of september, 2020. There is complain from the very first day. but service dealer said that there is problem in diesel because of not good quality of diesel. Now again the same situation we are facing when we have drive car in highway with a speed of 100 there is problem we are facing. we have given our car to service center at vapi (Divine Hyundai, Vapi) since 15 days but problem has not resolved...

Insisting to take accessories and extended warranty on new creta

I booked Creta on 31st Jan21 with commitment to deliver within a 2 month time period but after approx two & half months there is still no confirmation about delivery of vehicle.
