I have booked a flight from varanasi to kannur (Via hyderabad) on 05-oct-2019 for the date 25-dec-2019
Yesterday on 03-dec-2019 i have received a message from indigo, saying the flight booking has been canceled due to operational reason.
As mentioned in the cancellation message, i spoke to the indigo customer care executive and enquired about similar flight to the destination but she couldn't find any suitable flight for me. She asked confirmation for cancellation and she promised that the full amount rs. 17, 432 /- will get refunded to my bank account.
Later i started receiving emails and smss saying that only partial amount will be refunded i. E, a partial refund of amount rs. 10832 /- will be initiated for refund and remaining amount shows as penalty/deduction.
Again i had a call with indigo customer care executive and they are saying it is with goibibo. Goibibo has to process from their end. I'm unable to contact goibibo customer service via their chat box/email/phone number mentioned in their site and it all looks fake.
Where is the remaining amount? Please explain me the details.
