IBIBO Group — Unknowingly deduction of money

This deduction was happened on 28/Aug/2015 in my State bank of India where they withdraw 218.50 due to uncertain reason. I never went to their websites, not a single transaction I have done, yet they withdrawn money. It has been 2 months but they doesn't refund my money to my bank account. This is the reference number by which the transaction has been made. [protected]IG0APGZVK2 TRANSFER TO 3217 I am attaching my mobile number and email id. If any updates you get please let me know.
