i radhika lamba filed papers to ICICI prudential life insurance for a icici pru smart kid -new unit linked rp policy. the papers and payment was made in dec '09' but till now no policy papers have been sent to us.

I am getting frustrated to deal with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd. To make partial withdrawal from my own contribution, I need to beg them as if they are doing a big favour to me. My son Davy Garg get the Education loan from Bank of India. the Bank demanded the Insurance, and the ICICI Bank's agent (tied with Bank of India ) make the Lifetime Super Pension policy 07673154 of my son, with a premium of Rs.14000/- pa, ( deducted from laon a/c) witch is impossible to pay for a student who has no income source.
