After made a complain on IFFCO TOKIO Gen ins. portal. I received on call from company. than after not a possitive reply from company.

See i had asked for the letter / certificate from the doctor statig that this is not an external congenital disease. The discharge summary does not shiow duration of the deformity. Also confirm the policy period as stated by the Pt. as 14/05/06, if it is correct. Plz. provide these documents so as to opine further.
As per Doctor's certificate it is not a congential disease....

I have lodge complain in police station & insurance company for my bike was theft from working place in panvel. But till today insurance company is not giving me any satisfied reply. They are mentaly disturbing me & neglacting me to see in their office. Kindly help me out.
my vehicle got accident on 7 of December 2009. it was taken to the Suzuki service center in secundarabad.the surveyor of this company had to reach the service center within 24 hours. its more than 10 days & the surveyor haven't reached the service center. i request you to take some severe action on this complaint....

I took an insurance from Iffco Tokio General Insurance of my two wheeler at that moment they gave me only cover note which is valid for only 1 month.on 28/08/2009 of amount Rs579 from Noida, Sec-18 by the agent Mr. Rakesh Whose Mobile No. is +[protected] and i have given him Rs 200 extra on his demand. i don't know why he took. now the matter is that till date 10/11/2009 i haven't received our policy document...
