[Resolved] Independent TV Dth — not giving connection not refunding money

Dear sir/madam.

Connection was booked on[protected], it has not been installed till the date, i inquired at customer care several times, every time i received assurance of installation within 1 week, after 8 weeks they said to send email them my bank details to refund the money as they are not able to give the connection.

I have emailed them several times, every time they reply that i will be getting refund within 7 to 14 days, it has been more than 2 months i have not rec'd refund yet.

Kindly help to get my refund.

The set top box shows video for approximately 10 seconds and then freezes for about 10 seconds. The same issue is there with every channel. The customer service number is either unreachable or disconnects. I need refund. At the time of installation they told that all channels are free for one year and now disconnecting important channels everyday.
