I am bikram kumar sur customer of independent tv setup box. S/n - [protected], model no - dha042170, ca id-04356c5f. They really give patheic services each and every time they cannot provide the channel properly and gives us very poor connection that too in a sunny day and quality got degraded. Most of the time channels are unavailable and they donot pick up their call nethier they rply over emails. I want my money back. Please help us.
