I am getting transaction alert via sms from approx more than a year. But, I even don't have any account in this bank. It's been approx more than a year getting this. This is not good for your customer account security.
I tried calling customer care. But, as I don't have any account in this bank I can't connect. I have dropped mail regarding this from my gmail account reetesh.[protected]@gmail.com with subject 'Remove Incorrect Mobile Number for Banking' on [protected]@indusind.com email id. There I have shared mobile number as well on which I am getting these alerts continuously. Was this information helpful? |
