Fdr no. 00364409 – payment of interest for the period from 12/10/15 to 06/07/17 - more than rupees one lakh of interest is over due from j p associates, against the fixed deposit made by me of rs. 5 lakhs.

I had written a number of letters and they have committed to company
Law board about making payment of all the amount due and are
Getting extensions but not fulfilled their promise....

I have invested rupees 5 lakhs in fixed deposit against which the company issued me a deposit receipt no 00364409 dt 12/10/12. They have not paid interest for the last two years even after the fd was due for repayment on 12/10/15. The repayment was delayed by two years and interest was not paid till date. The interest over due would be more than one lakh today....

I have not recd interest of delayed payment of my following matured FDR's:-

I have booked two apartments in this project but nothing has been done so far and no refund is also being given by the company or adjusting of my payment in a finished unit of theirs in any other project.

No check received for principal and interest till date for fdr no. 00530400 matured on 25 january 2015 in spite of many email complaints lodged with company (Jaiprakash associates limited) and many assurances given by company executives in past. Hardship faced due to retirement of the investor. Pl. Advise / instruct the company to issue the check immediately.

Maturity amount was paid after a considerable delay in the month of july 2017. But interest amount for the period from the maturity date to actual repayment date is not paid so far.

The fd was matured on[protected] but i received the cheque (Dated 06-jul-2017) on 31-aug-2017, they did not pay any interest from[protected] till 31-aug-2017, i can see lots of complaint regarding this but none has seen resolved.

The company has not send any single penny of the lapse of two years which was purely of the companies fault.

I got the soa (Statement of account) yesterday and asking me last demand and interest on top while, jaypee in inslovent position and still asking money and showing the interest. They are shameless.

I have no clue what to do. They are not replying any answer on when i will get the possession and when the flat will be delivered. Now at this stage when company at insolvent stage and people as filling the form...

I have also book a flat in J.P KM-45, any one can tell me the status of Tower No-45. The possession was due in Dec 2015 and nothing happened yet.
I would like to know where can I put the complaint against the developer. And what could be the best possibilities to resolve this issue. JP has not even started the work in tower 45 since last 3 year. We bought this in 2013....

Company needs a speed post and we even sent that too since they claim that our cheque got returned undelivered.

I have renewed fd no:00594254 in dec 2013 for rs.2.0 lacs which matures in dec 2015. I have sent them duly discharged vouchers. I have not only written several letters but also personally visited their office in june 2016 and met one mr bhandari who assured to repay shortly. Till date, not refunded. The company has repaid principal amount after a delay of 18 months. I have written many times for interest accrued for the 18 months of delay in repayment of principal amount. The company has paid delayed interest to mr bhattacharya vide their letter no jal/fd/roc/2015 dated 22/9/2015. The precedent is set. Can anyone suggest ways to recover the interest....
