I am riding this to cancel the order placed on 13th august 2017 on the website koovs.com. The order id is 4006057. I used the option of cash on delivery and was supposed to pay rs. 1, 499 towards the purchase of harry sejal x koovs high ankle sneakers.
I am unable to access the order cancellation form due to no such service provided by it. I regret the inconvenience caused due to this.

Unfortunately a very worse 1st experience with koovs, where i have given Rs. 500 to return/exchange the consignment to koovs by dtdc. And DTDC didn't find the address (of koovs) and return both the consignment. Now the customer care personal said they often find the issue with DTDC, now if so why koovs didn't inform the same earlier when asked. Now they says to again return the consignment through Blue dart (as they says their official partner)...
