refund policy

I must say it is the worst site ever. I refunded my order because of bad quality and they haven't refunded my money yet. There is only one customer care no. And i have tried to call then so many times but it was unable to reach and there is no alternate number as well. They didn't even replied to my mails. Never buy from this site... Never. Worst customer care policy ever...

company did fraud: items delivered and refunds not processed.

From koovs app, i had ordered 4 clothing items on september 7, 2019 (Order id: 6795449) and 2 bags on 14 september 2019 (Order id: 6733793). Out of those, only 3 clothing items were delivered, of which i returned one, and exchanged the other.
The rest of the orders have not been delivered and the refunds for the returned item have not been processed. When i complained to them, they have logged me out of my account and i am unable to...

order not shipped since a month

I had placed an order on 8th of september with order id 6691496.
This is prepaid.
It's almost been a month and the product isn't even shipped yet.
On contacting koovs customer care a number of times, no action has been taken. Everytime they repeat the same thing saying they are prioritizing the order but its been a month of them saying this.
I want my order delivered asap....

I had ordered 2 addidas shoes from which i had received only 1 shoe. The other shoe is still in progress. Also i had returned 1 shoe which i had received on 23rd my refund is pending. These shoes were a part of the birthday gift. Koovs.com is not worth for being trusted when you guys aren't capable of doing online business why the hell you people are even doing it just to cheat people out counting on you on their shopping.

they refuse to refund my money despite losing my package

The item was picked up on september 15, however, despite calling them almost every second day, they have not yet performed the quality check and hence not refunded the money. (Today is october 1). I placed a return request on 12/109/2019 and the product was picked up on 13/09/2019 but i haven't received the refund till date. On calling their customer care multiple times the only response i got was that the product is nearby their location but they haven't received it yet. They do not revert back with proper information regarding this issue.
Similar issue arised with an exchange order, the product has passed the quality check...

They hardly pick up customer care calls and if by luck you get to speak to them they never respond promptly. I have ordered one shoe from koovs and due to size issue i have raised request to exchange with bigger size on 9th of september and it's almost one month m getting e reply on my emails that quality check is going on.. As it was returned on next day of delivery.
And there is no other way to escalate this and the email support always keep replying same message.

Hi there. This is a complaint regarding the return process that koovs claims to be the easiest. I’ve ordered a pair of shoes on 31st of July but they were a size smaller to fit me. I requested an exchange for the same. First of all the exchanged product came a month or so late. But the pair wasn’t identical. I’ve again returned them on 30th August. And The quality check hasn’t been done yet. It’s been almost month.
