Just opossite to max their is newly opened shop named "KRISHNA HELP PHARMACY" as per our drug act it is MANDATORY TO PRESENT REGISTERED PHARMACIST without him shopkeeper can't sell even a single tablet, but here is SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT THING PHARMACIST IS VERY VERY FAR FROM THE PHARMACY INSTEAD OF PHARMACIST THERE ARE 2 PEOPLE'S RUNNING A " PHARMACY SHOP ", ONE GUY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO WRITE HIS NAME AND OTHER ONE CAN'T WRITE THE CORRECT SPELLING OF ANY COMPOSITION or MEDICINE, BELIVE ME IT'S NOT A JOKE IT'S A VERY VERY BIG OFFENSE & VERY VERY RISKY FOR THE PATIENTS WHO PURCHASE MEDICINES FROM THEIR SHOP Was this information helpful? | |||

May 29, 2021 Updated by Responsiblecitizenhumanity WHAT A ### TWO ILLITERATE PERSONS RUNNING A PHARMACY STORE SITUATED IN HAUZ RANI NAMED "KRISHNA HELP PHARMACY" Sep 03, 2021 Updated by Responsiblecitizenhumanity Respected Sir, "KRISHNA HELP PHARMACY" situated in 246-B, shop # 1, Hauz Rani, New Delhi 110017 (JUST OPPOSITE TO MAX SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL) The details gives of the pharmacy shop, it is under supervision of two guy's and you will be SHOCKED to know that both of them are ILLITERATE, due to this below are the activities going in this pharmacy store, 1# SELLING DRUGS IN THE ABSENCE OF REGISTERED PHARMACIST. 2# SELLING DRUGS WHICH COMES UNDER SHEDULE H-1 CATEGORY WITHOUT ANY PRESCRIPTION & IN THE ABSENCE OF REGISTERED PHARMACIST(He has sold a kit for ABORTING PREGNANCY which contains 1 tablets of MIFEPRISTONE 200mg & 4 tablets of MISOPROSTOL 200mcg.) 3# HE IS NOT MAINTAINING SHEDULE H-1 REGISTER. 3# HE IS NOT MAINTAINING COLD STORAGE CHAIN. 4# HE DOESNT HAVE INSPECTION REGISTER. 5# HE DOESNT HAVE MCD LICENCE. 6# HE DOESNT HAVE FOOD LICENCE. 7# HE SHOULD EDUCATE/AWARE PEOPLE'S TO WEAR THE MASK BUT HE HIMSELF IS NOT WEARING ANY MASK. 8# HE IS NOT SELLING THE DRUGS AT THE PRICE FIXED BY DPCO.(Rate of the ABORTION KIT ha FIXED by DPCO which should not exceed Rs.425 but the kit he is selling has printed above of Rs.700) 9# HE IS OVERCHARGING Rs.3000 AS A CONSULTATION CHARGES.(While selling ABORTION KIT because the pregnancy is above 3 months) 10# REFUSING TO MAKE BILL/INVOICE OF THE DRUG'S WHICH PATIENTS ARE PURCHASING. (Because purchasing drugs without bill) & many things which is UNEXPECTEDLY/UNETHICAL. Due to these kind of people's the whole profession has to suffer and it migh be very very dangerous to patients life. Due to these kind of people's recently some yog guru makes a CHEAP/FALSE STATEMENTS AGAINST INDIAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION & ALL THE FRONTLINE MEMBERS WHO WORKED FOR 25 HOURS & PRESENTLY ALSO WORKING TO DEFEAT COVID-19 and due to these kind of people's we all are feeling ASHAMED and the MORAL LEVEL HAS GONE DOWN, these kind of people's are a BIG STAIN IN OUR PROFESSION and we should remove this stains and it's a BIG BLOT IN SUCH A NOBEL PROFESSION & should thrown this BLOT immediately. I request you to please take some STRICT ACTION as in future no one can even though of doing same . I have TWO VEDIOS OF THE WHOLE ISSUE MENTIONED ABOVE AS AN EVIDENCE, BUT IT CAN'T BE ATTACHED AS BOTH VEDIOS ARE ABOVE 10 MINUTES, so please let me know how to send those recordings to you .  | |||
