Over charged

Hello,

I have got 1828 bill amount which is due today.I have made payment of 1714.92 on[protected].how come you are asking me to pay 1828.????

Please find screenshot attached.sort it out..

Else I need to approach consumer court.

Revert me asap....

Miss use of Phone number, calling repeatedly for non usage device

I have hathway broadband account with I am not using since 2020 March as I moved to my hometown and I informed them the same multiple time till 30th Dec 2021, as their executives call me to recharge my account. Transaction successful but order not confirmed

I have done a transaction with ref no TXN[protected] for Rs 2003 on dt. 11.01.2022 to Airtel Gurgaon, the transaction status is showing successful but the order hasn't confirmed so I contacted with Airtel with above ref no they told me that the order hasn't confirmed so you can contact with Lazypay for refund. I have contacted with Lazypay but they are not responding.

Charged Extra Money

I have used 486rs. On 6 Jan 2022. That's the only payment I have used in the whole month of January but Lazy pay has charged me 1243rs which I have to repay my bill on the last day which is 18th Jan 2022. Or please call on [protected]....

Refund not received against failed transaction

I have done a transaction with ref no TXN[protected] for Rs 573.39 on dt. 01.12.2020 to Jio Mart, the transaction was failed but amount has debited from Lazypay account, I have contacted many times with Jio Mart and Lazypay, Jio Mart is telling transaction failed so you can contact with your bank, Lazypay is telling transaction has successful transferred to merchant so you talk with the merchant. I don't understand what to do. It's already...

Amount deducted but not received to receiver

Address:ASHOK RESTAURANT MALAD WEST NEAR RAILWAY STATION

Resterday i had made a payment of 576 rs to ashok restaurent in malad west, but neither restaurent has received the payment nor i have received the refund till now.

I want to Permanently delete my account

Have a lazypay account
The service is they giving it's really Lazy ver clearing my due it's gone failed but money deducted and from refund it's too hard come for it no number contact them only lot's mail to send them very lazypay response
and i have sent mails to lazypay for deleting the account and remove the documents.but they are only deactivating the account and telling me to sent mail if you want to reactivate the account.still...

Clear PAN Details

Address:Pune

I want to clear my current PAN Number details from Lazypay's database, as I entered it wrong once accidentally but now I can't change it as the PAN Details area is greyed out and is not editable anymore! This is keeping me from completing my kyc and receiving more benefits from Lazypay....

Lazypay pay Xpress cash not disbursed to my account

I got an offer to apply for xpress cash from lazypay app for rs 50, 000 . I added all the details and the loan was approved, i have digitally signed the agreement and submitted and it say the money will be credited to your account and is on the way from last 2 days, it's not been credited.

On help and support it says it will be credited immediately to your account but i there is no option to see anything, i even wrote emails...

Refund status

Hi Lazypay, i tried to contact you by your mail but it was all in vein, i made a payment using your wallet to Mobikwik but that payment failed, and amount got refunded but it is still not showing in your app, kindly work into it. My due date is coming soon and i don’t want to pay for the amount that I didn’t spend. Kindly look into this matter and have a better response team....

Cannot login into my account

Hi. I cannot access my account i not able to login to my account. Whenever i try logging in the OTP come and says that it is incorrect or wrong OTP. It auto detect the OTP still the same problem is coming. What is the issue? My number is [protected]. Please solve it as soon as possible. Thankyou....

Refund amount of Rs.2080.80 not received

I haven't received my refund of Rs. 2080.80 . The merchant already refunded my amount as on date 04.01.22 . I have written emails also on lazypay mail id even after more than 8 days I haven't received any reply. Please do the needful at earliest....

Transaction failed on merchant but paid on app

I made a transaction of Rs. 800 on Cibil website while buying a subscription plan. The transaction is shown being paid on lazypay app but it failed on Cibil website. Kindly refund my money soon....

Payment not refunded by lazypay, no response to mails or twitter

TXN[protected]

So I paid my outstanding amount on time but my money was still auto debited from my account. So I paid 4, 418.2 rs twice.

I have been emailing them constantly for 7 days asking for a refund but no response.

Now in my lazypay account it says money has been refunded but I still dont see any refund in my account.
