New laptop bought from lenovo web site defective - denied return

I had bought a new laptop from lenovo website, since I was out of station I opened the box after a week and saw that it has screen bleeding issue, I contacted support and provided all the details and they were convinced that the laptop is defective, but they say that they cannot replace or return the laptop as it is 7 days are over....

Replacement for the laptop

I have been a customer of Lenovo for two and a half years and have faced many problems related to the laptop i have during this time. I have a Lenovo ideapad S340 having serial number MP1JS2BE. there have been several issues with the laptop like continuous hanging, black screen, mother board and camera not working. My whole time is consumed in complaining about the laptop and talking to the customer care for solution which they do provide...

Bad On-Site Service

Got an onsite service on my Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 laptop 2 months ago, the service guy lost two screws and I lost two more after a few days. The entire panel has started coming out since a few weeks. This is the third time I'm filing complaint, all my previous complaints went either unanswered or responded once and then abandoned. Please take action, my laptop is in a very difficult-to-use state, even picking it up makes the panel come out....

Worst customer support

I have Lenovo laptop bought 5 months back still i have warranty, Now I'm facing Turn on button issue due to that I'm unable to Turn on my laptop for that I contact 4 times Lenovo customer support this is the case number ([protected]) but still issue not resolved, poor customer support they have not arrange service to resolve issue

Poor service I can't see this kind of poor service never...

Cashback not credited

Address:Lenovo Exclusive Store - S V Computers N Gadgets, Nellore , opposite kanaka Mahal center

I purchased laptop on October 30 2021 and during purchase they said I am eligible for cashback offer of 10% that is 4300 Rs if I use yesbank credit card during festive sale offer
But after purchase they said I am not eligible for the offer. This kind of attitude is not good for prestigious company.

Sold Defective Product, and did not fix the problem in after sales service.

Gave the troubleshooting that was no helpful to fix the problem
Gave no proper solution everytime, and no interest to support the customer.
After the warranty is expired, giving this as excuse so they cannot support....

Lenovo Legion

I biough this brand new Lenovo Legion despite my friends suggesting to go with HP and Dell and now I am struggling. Within 6 months the laptop screen started hanging, the screen is frozen sometime. Nearly 3 Months ago we filed a warranty service case ID [protected].
was filed. The Technician arrived, inspected the Brand New PC and left promising to complete the repair in 2-3 days.

Lenova India has since closed the complaint Without resolving it. And we are Left in the Lurch.

Warranty not being covered

My laptop has accidentally fell down and has been damaged in home environment.
I am having premium care insurance warranty, contacted customer care support but they informed the service can't be covered under the insurance, but it's clearly mentioned in warranty accidental damage protection can also be claimed for my product.
