[Resolved] Limeroad — amount deducted but order has been placed

I had ordered a maxi dress for Rs 899. Although the money was deducted but the order did not show in my app. In fact it showed that no orders had been placed.Their customer care did not respond for 2 days after that they told me that there was some payment problem and that a refund will be credited within 6-7 days however it already been 7 days and I have not received any refund yet.
