Limeroad — Refund not received for the product Returned

Address:4th & 5th Floor, Plot No. 48, Sector 44, Near HUDA City Center Metro Station, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001, India.

I have purchased 3 lehenga (Buy 2 get 1 Free Scheme) on 23rd September 2023.
Very next day, i returned all the 3 lehengas as the quality of the material was not good. The same was picked on 25th September which is visible on the online status ( pic attached)
The product was picked on 26th which also is available on their online status.
I got a refund for 1 lehengas, and other one lehenga money is still not refunded and the status from day 1 is showing the same (Quality Check Pending)
I spoke to the customer care, thrice, but they are saying that they have not received the product from the delivery partner, Is This my Fault ???
It is more than 2 months. I have also sent reminder of mails, but they have the same reply that they have forwarded it to the concern department.
All the 3 product was collected at the same time and intact.

This is Fraud, It doesnt take 2 months just to quality check the product
