[Resolved] Limeroad — Return of Goods | |||
I had purchased a pair of shoes from limeroad, but since it didnt fit me, i had asked limeroad for a return and refund. i had mailed them, called them multiple times and its been more than 21 days, and still they didnt arrange for pick up. everytime i call they say they are sorry and the matter will be resolved within the next couple of days, but till date the shoes are lying with me. please help. Limeroad contacted me and told me to send the item through a courier service myself. I arranged for that and once the product reached them they refunded the amount to my account. They have said that they will pay the courier charges by this weekend. LimeRoad customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 19, 2015 saialaja namadi's response Please provide the information how can i resolve my problem i bought i item full hands tees its is so fit its size is XL but i want replacement XXL size could you orenge the same item but size to XXL .plase inform me how can i do this change my item please help me ,

I placed two order to limeroad. One is low key black dress (PC00081237/N SW 140106). Its quality is really not good as seen in pic and defective too. Another one is luscious net purple dress( PC00064808/N SW 140122 WINE) which is also not good as I expected. I want to refund them as soon as possible. My order no. is [protected].
