Limeroad — unable to use my lr credits

I have 651 lr credits. I've read that it needs a minimum order amount of rs 1000 and cannot be clubbed with other promotions. And yet, while trying to apply it on my order, i'm unable to apply my entire lr credits while placing an order. This is highly disappointing, given a certain deadline for expiration of the credits as well. I intend to ask you to transfer the credits into my bank account. Prompt action would be appreciated.

For the order no: [protected] - Refund is made to LR credits where as i have made payment online.
