Dear sir,
I booked whole holiday package through make my trip for may 30, 2023. They book my flight through Gofirst, now they call me that u should book ur flight from other carrier as amt stuck in Gofirst. They only want to settle land part except flight amt. But in this case I pay to MMT not Gofirst, they book gofirst as a part of holiday package.
Help me out to refund whole fare, as they are not able to provide alternate...

Still I have not received any reply from your side and now it has been already announced that go first flight will not go further fly so what is the solution you are giving to your customer kindly confirm by immediate respond so that accordingly I can plan my holidays...

I have booked a holiday package from MMT which includes flights, hotels, sightseeing, activities and transfers. I got a call from MMT and they asking to book the flights by own as Go-First flights are cancelled till 23rd May.

I am surprised, even how they can say this to customer while my package already includes flights. I know this well that every company has the contigency plan to handle these situations and now it's MMT...

I booked a ticket at AC bus from Ranchi to Kolkata but AC is not working and after complaint to driver they just ignored and telling me that AC is working but i am in sweat right now i have completed the 30% of my journey.

We tried booking a hotel through MakeMyTrip. I did not log into MakeMyTrip while doing the transaction. My amount of Rs.89918 has been debited but the booking has failed. I used HDFC netbanking.

I booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Ankola through MakeMyTrip on a bus named SeaBird Tourist. The bus was supposed to start from Chennai on May 12th at 2.25 Pm.
