High waiting time for tests

I have taken membership of medplus membership 2days back and booked got an ultrasound I have selected the slot as well however though the slot was booked after arrival at the habsiguda centre they are asking to wait for 1:30hours because of more patients. My father being a diabetic patient who can't wait empty stomach for so long he gets headaches when you are asking people to take membership and when they are joining you treat them in this...

Misbehaviour of the seller

Regarding damage and poor quality of medicine

I am a regular customer, purchasing thousands worth medicines from your Medplus, Kolaghat, Vivekananda Bus stand. I have purchased my Daughter's medicines on dated 15th June for 45 daus in accordance to doctor's prescription and during use it has found some abnormality in a medicines. I had visited the store towards intimating the same but the store person deny to listen anything.

Unethical behaviour by Medplus pharmacist

I was going for an emergency to Medplus medical shop which is located near Vijayanagaram, Medavakkam, Chennai. It was around 11AM and pharmacist was about to close the shop and I have not entered the shop he told me to go away in a very bad manner. Worst Customer Service By Medplus Chromepet

Worst Behaviour by Medplus staff of Radha Nagar Chromepet Branch.
They literally laughed at me for asking for essential medicines with an e-prescription.
I said the Doctor itself gave a video call consultation but they asked for a hard copy.
Are they mental? I told them several times the above.
When I called customer care they tried to justify the staff.
Please don't even think about buying essential medicines...

Over charged on MRP

I have been over charged for an product which is clearly mentioned on the item and Medplus charged me 20p more on MRP . Upto my knowledge Medplus charges less on there MRP showing the discount and offers. But i was surprised today for charging more then the printed MRP....

Issuance of prescribed no. Of tablets

Flexora D tab 5 numbers were prescribed. I had approached Vanniar Street, k k nagar west branch of yours. The person only one who was there told to take full strip of 10 tab. When I asked only 5, he told that the tab will not move. I cannot return 5. So u have to take 10 only. The tab which will not move, he was having 30 in stock. Whether he is correct. MedPlus Andher East Bhawani Nagar Branch buying stock of 2020 even in April 2022.

Keeps buying very old stocks from distributors of 2020 make even now when it is April 2022.
Such old manufactering date medical related products are not taken by any other medical stores from distributors.
But Medplus stoes keeps taking such very old manufactured produts and sells it futher to cutomers in their shops.
There must be a huge duscount received...
