My purchase converted to EMI without my knowledge/ consent

I had purchased some garments worth around Rs 6800/- in March and I paid using my credit card!
I expected to pay the entire amount but to my surprise I found from my credit card statement that these purchases have been converted to EMI! Upon inquiry my credit card people claimed that the request for converting to EMI came from the merchant, Myntra in this case!
I would like to know why Myntra did this without my consent and...

Wrong product delivered , still no refund

On 16th march 2026, i was supposed to get two night suits of glitechz, but instead of those i got a saree of Pataudi, , then on the same day initiated the return for both, and then the delivery partner on next day took it and initiated refund of 1 night suit only but not for other, its been 3 times that i have complained on help center but still no resolution, they r ignoring, saying we cant do anything in this....

They delivered a wrong product to me on novemeber 2 - 2026 which i paid 1100 rupees for. They did not offer a solution despite 4 months of complaints and numerous customer service calls. They say they will give a solution in 24 hours and never call back or message or respond with an email. The customer service is the worst as they offer nothing but apologize for the inconvenience but never once solved the issue....

The Evidence of Fraud:
