My name is abhin from kerala.. I am working in a courier service as we are the one who getting the reverse pickup request from naaptol.. Because of naaptol's fake products, we are also getting complains.. As we are only doing courier service not direct link with naaplot.. People by mistakenly considering we are from naaptol and give lots of bamboos to us..

I have ordered a set of bag which was showing on tv and giving the guarantee of quality but the set we are received was not what they are showing. We saw bags with quality and large size bags for travelling and we got kids bag instead but the price they have taken is more than thousand. I really don't know what to say about this frauds, i have no option for replacement or refund, what kind of justice is this....

I ordered two insect repellent from naaptol around 6 months back. However, these products were faulty. I demanded a replacement of those and handed over both the products. However, only one product was received back. I called and complained about it after 7 days as i was pretty much unwell during that period. I got a rude reply back that won't be helping me as the time-line is to complain back is max 48 hours....

I purchased a bag from this naaptol, they first charged me 400extra for delivery, even tho the seller was in my city (Bangalore) and after i told them that product wasnt good and was damaged they told me that they cannot issue refund instead they will issue a 'refund voucher' this is a complete business strategy blunder. They show and say excellent quality bedsheets on tv, but are sending worst quality. Once money is gone.. They keep telling we are sorry..
