I have placed an order for 1 Nike renew Ride 3 shoes via Nike.com, I couldn’t complete the transaction as I failed a number of times. They have deducted an amount of Rs, 6100.65 but it shows that my transaction is fail and no order is placed and I have not received any mail.

i have placed an order for air Jordan shoes via Nike.com, I couldn’t complete the transaction as I failed a number of times. They have deducted an amount of Rs, 15495 but it shows that my transaction is fail and no order is placed and I have not received any mail.
