Placed an order for a pair of sneakers online on 12th July 2022 from my Gpay account(UPI). The entire amount of INR 5, 245(including INR 750 for shipping) was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I tried calling the customer care number provided on the website multiple times. Every time the same form was asked to be filled with proof of transaction, I did with no resolution. Was told to wait for 20-25 days by the last executive I talked to for the amount to be returned back to my account(time taken for UPI transactions). It's the 26th day today with no resolution, upon calling the executive again was informed that proof of transaction has still not been sent from my end. I'm attaching the proof of transaction, a screenshot of the mail I sent to the executive, and a screenshot of the chat I had with their executive online on the Nike India website.
Hope to get the issue resolved soon.
