This is mention you that on 30.10.2022 at around 8:02 p.m, I made an online purchase at Nike.com for Rs. 12, 547.00 from Mumbai, India.
While payment, I selected the option for SBI net banking. After giving the necessary one time password, the payment of Rs. 12, 547.00 was debited from my account and it redirected to a page stating " Payment Error: We couldn't process your payment. Please try again with different payment method".
I had contacted Nike support staff but yet to get any solution.
I am yet to receive any clear statement from NIKE about the refund.
The order was processed through mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. Transaction Reference No: [protected]
