Nike — Money deducted but order not placed

I ordered a Nike cap from their official site for ₹2045 on 5th of Oct 2022 using my credit card, but I didn't receive any confirmation from the website though any mail or message, then I checked it up and got to know that mails are generally sent within 24hours but even after 24hours I didn't receive any mail, then I thought the order must be not placed as it was not showing in "my orders" too. Its been 11 days since the incident and I haven't receive any update or refund from the website. I even have the Reference Number my payment to Nike India.
