Nitin Yadav — Related MCD booked property.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Dr. Nitin Yadav writing this to inform you that last year i.e. in April 2019 we bought a house in Delhi (in SDMC area). Here, we are struggling to get new BSES electricity connection since last two year. On enquiry, we got to know that there was some unauthorized construction complaint against this property which was filled by a neighbor against the previous owner (builder) of the property. This is to inform you that we were not at all aware of this MCD related issue before purchase and nobody had even informed us. Now, as the owner of this property we are getting sucked by all this and don’t know what is the procedure or protocol to sort this out. In India, it is very easy to create any problem but it is too tedious and difficult to sort that out. From what we understand, the earlier owner had a plan to renovate this property, as the construction was at least 20-25 years old, and trying to construct more floors. But, due to this complaint or MCD’s notice they immediately stopped the construction and the builders sold this property to us. This property is having only two and a half floors i.e. ground (parking), first and the second half only. As we are a simple small working family, we exactly don’t know about the rules and regulations for the construction especially for a small 62-square meter property in Delhi. But we hope that this is under the limits and boundaries of construction in Delhi, considering that the properties just next to this house have considerably high-rise built-up floors than this, one on the right is four floors and the other one on left is same two and a half-floors (both have similar plot areas). Also, if we compare with other ongoing and other high-rise constructions in this or any other area, due to may be high demand, this is under very lower side with a proper parking slot and therefore I think asking SDMC for resolution of this case is sensible.
Nobody is listening to us in MCD or anywhere and we don't have any idea for how to sort this out. Now as we are the only sufferer and the victim for SDMC so whatever it is and it was can we request you to please help us to resolve this matter. All your help in any way will be highly appreciated.

I don't know but all these things are shifting my mind for taking a permanent transfer to anywhere aboard because of all this we have suffered and we are suffering a lot.
