The merchant is provided either a different product faking it as n 95 as general public not much aware of the same or not to the quality standards. Now i reach out to return the product the product is been delisted and the product image is been removed and the product is not available for return/exchange.

Hi. I have order on pharmeasy app and my order id was m17521825. As usual i have opted for cash on delivery as i was not sure whether i will get all medicine or not. At the that time it was not showing that i have to pay rs 50 extra for cash on delivery order. When bill generated and delivery boy was out for delivery i have made payment online as i was sure i will get my order. Company has charged me rs 50 for cod option which i didnt utilised....

Hi, I have placed my return order request on 26th Jan 2020 and Xpressbees courier has been taken the return order with tracking id:[protected]. When I see the status in the Pharm Easy app, it shows "Returned".

I ordered medicines from pharmeasy app on 10th feb. And it was supposed to be delivered on 13th feb and as usual courier guy called that day, as i was out of station i told him that i will pick up the parcel the next day or in the evening from their courier office, to which he agreed. Seems like pharmacy is not serious on medicine business as they simply send you message after 30 minutes of crossing...

I ordered 7 sheet, however doctor approved for 6 sheet, pharmeasy promised me to provide 6 sheet, when they delivered there were only 4 sheet, please take necessary action, if company unable to fulfill our needs, do not promise, tell the truth. This is happening 2nd time for me.

I have ordered carsiva medicine from pharmeasy, yesterday while opening it is noticed that the tablet is opened by itself and rotten smell is coming. Upon speaking to the customer care they are not even ready to take the complaint, as the order is delivered 30 days ago. It is a covered tablet, so we cant see the content unless it is open, how do they expect me to complain before 30 days in this case? What is the medicine control on these...

Firstly i have placed and order worth ₹504 [ used ₹200 off coupon + paid ₹305 via mobikwik] on january 30th & pharmeasy guys have updated the cart value and removed ₹141 worth items & they have added ₹67 worth items. Also instead they've asked me to pay ₹120.

Now when i have used coupon they are saying that updated cart value wont be valid for that coupon

Inspite of committing delivery pharmeasy not only did not deliver but also did not bother to inform even after few days. When called the only excuse they had was due to technical glitch your order is stuck!! Inspite of complaint and escalation no further details were forthcoming and still there is no news of medicines being delivered... Worst service.. No escalation mechanism or email or number.. They don't reply to emails at all not even...
