After we place order we are told that Dr will contact us but here the Dr just give a Miss call which is very bad manners on their part ...I tried so many times to call but in vain. We are not ordering medicines for free ...we are paying for it n this is how we are treated. There should be some sort of sincerity n dedication on the part of the app .App should be to help people n not to take advantage of them ....

I booked medicine in pharmeasy. I paid money through link provided by pharmeasy on 30-04-19. After payment debited i received a mail from pharmeasy that transaction through payment gateway may not have completed & send me a copy of transaction.
My amount was debited. I call gateway of money transfer 'atom technologies' they received money and provide reference number also.

After placing the order in the app. They have displayed the delivery time to be 2-may-2019. The delivery was not done on this date. After that, they again changed the delivery time in the app to 3rd may 2019 but even on 3rd may, the medicines were not delivered. They have given the contact number of the delivery boy. I tried calling him several...

Here pharmeasy did not respond proper way so please look into my issue.

I had requested one prescription for my uncle on 23rd of april from pharmeasy. It was guaranteed to be conveyed on 27th of april however it didn't get conveyed.

But they shows wrong delivery date on that and not deliver on time and by tracking order it shows medicine is delivered
Please don't by any medicine from pharmeasy if you have serious health issues please dont wait to order online

I ordered 42 strips of medicines including 4 vitamin drops. To my surprize, one of the medicine strips was missing. On contacting the pharmeasy call center, i was assured that the missing strip will be delivered in 24-48 hours. However, as of today, the company is claiming that all the medicine strips have been delivered and they cannot take the responsibility.

I placed an Order No: M5907779 on Nov 25th, 2018 for some life saving medicines. After open the courier i found they delivered the expired medicine and good thing is that in the invoice for the same batch number the expiry date is after one year.

I have ordered one injection on 26/10/2018 but till today no one delivered and no one has called and updated me about my order.
