Ordered baby food (Aptamil Stage 2) online on 14th June'22. The concerned webpage of Practo was live & I could able to make order & make payment.
The page shows the orders was successful & they have accepted the order & its ready to dispatch.
After few hours I have received calls from Practo informing that due to technical glitch they will be cancelling the orders & refund will be initiated.
Previously the same things happen on 12th June'22 & they have cancelled
the orders.
This time I refuse to give permission to cancel a healthy order & told them to deliver my order on time. They continuously called me for not less then 4 to 5 time to convince to cancel or restructure the order with cash on delivery payment mode.
I refuse to grant then permission but today 15th June'22 I could able to find that they have cancelled four out of six orders .
Now my grievance is :-
1. When the page of the concerned product is live on website & customer can choose the quantity & make successful payment online they why the company is intentionally cancelling the product with a tag line of technical glitch.
2. Why campany people is calling the customer numeriou time to harass them & force them to cancel the order.
3. Why a successful ready to dispatch order has been canceled without a valid reason.
4. If there is internal problem with the product than why the product is live on the website & open for customer to make orders.
5. Out of six orders why they have cancelled 4 orders . Now is it like they don't have the particular product but still they are taking the prepaid orders any playing with the customers money in the name of refund.
Kindly look into the issue on urgent basis as its a concern of my baby .
