Mixer stopped working many times and the cupler breaks. The issue is, I raise a complaint calling customer care and they say the service person will contact back in 5 working days.
Every time I have raised a complaint, the service person had contacted me only after 2 weeks. One of the service person refused to come at my place and asked me to come to his service point which was very far from my place and also he mentioned that I need to wait for 2 hours to fix the mixer.
Why should I spend 2500 for a worst quality mixer and raise a complaint, then wait for 2 weeks for the service person to call back and then go to this place and wait for 2 hours.
Prestige do not have a proper customer service facility. The have outsourced the service job to a local shop where they are very rude.
The lady at the service station speak very rude (place: carmelaram, sarjapur main road, bangalore).
Then the person who asked me to visit his service point is from : anekal, hosur main road, bangalore.
Now the cupler is broken many times and I do not get it any place so that I can fix by myself. It is a small work, why should i wait for 2 weeks to get the job done.
Worst experience with prestige.
